OhioMHAS operates regional psychiatric hospitals in six locations across the state that operate 365/24/7.
Our specialized facilities provide short-term, intensive treatment to patients in both inpatient and community-supported environments.
We also deliver comprehensive care to patients committed through the criminal justice system.

Northfield, Ohio 44067 Salary Information:
$2,000.
00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $1,000.
00 paid at 120 days, $1000.
00 paid at 365 days.
No contract or length of terms $30.
93 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $32.
43 Additional $1.
25 per hour shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shift Additional $3.
09 per hour for hours worked 2:
30 pm - 7:
00 am Additional hourly retention supplements available for education and certifications up to 15% Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service RNs can receive up to a 3% increase every July 1 st per the current 1199 bargaining unit contract.

Serve in a fundamental role as an interdisciplinary treatment team member for psychiatric patients creating and executing treatment plans Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, & response to medication As charge nurse, initiate and direct psychiatric and nursing care for patients and provide support for nursing staff while promoting a positive and safe environment for recovery Contributes vital input on records, plans, and reports Facilitate patient group activities What's in it for you:
